just back from honeymoon and wanted to drop you a line offering our sincerest thanks to you and the team at Sporting Lodge Middlesbrough for making our day so memorable, stress free and enjoyable. a special thank you should be passed on to Karen and all her team as on the day her organisation, support, practical experience and great customer service was second to none. her and her team's attentive service to our "older" guests - our mums - both of whom are well into their seventies was appreciated not only by them but commented on by family and friends, and our friend with the broken ankle was looked after so well ensuring her day was as enjoyable as our's. the DJ's were great and guided by Karen kept the exact party atmosphere we were looking for, despite being up against the world cup final (!!) and loosing some of our guests for the duration of the match. got to mention the table displays, were commented on many times to us - mixing the various sweets was a stroke of genius and added to the whole feel of the day. once again many thanks to all involved in the planning of and making the day so very special, I would thoroughly recommend your service to anyone organising an event in the future. I would just like to thank you for all of your hard work in helping plan mine and Carl’s perfect wedding day. everything ran so smoothly and we are both over the moon with the arrangements. Jade was absolutely fantastic on the day, she was so in control of everything and never out of sight if needed, please pass on our sincere thanks to her. the food was beautiful, all of our guests commented on it, and the BBQ was lush especially the salmon!! a lot of our guests had not been to the hotel before our wedding and have since commented on how it was a perfect the venue. overall not one bad comment to be made, I had planned this wedding for 2 years and got everything I had dreamed of – thank you.
