Meeting Rooms for Hire

 

Choose from 3 function rooms - the Maltby, the Yarm and the Thornton.

The Maltby - situated on the ground floor, this is the largest suite and is ideal for bigger conferences, presentations or exhibitions for up to 250 - 300 delegates. Access to a private patio area and gardens making it ideal for training days if you require outdoor space.

The Yarm - situated on the first floor with natural daylight, air conditioning and central heating. Enjoy complimentary use if the 32" plasma screen, which connects straight into your laptop, removing the need for a digital projector. Ideal for use for smaller meetings up to 25-30 delegates or as a syndicate room in addition to the Maltby Suite.

The Thornton located within the old Poste House Bar & Restaurant, a private room ideal for board meetings for up to 12 delegates or alternatively private dining post-meeting or during the evening. Facilities include air conditioning & a plasma screen.

Book a meeting room at our Middlesbrough hotel and you will receive the following included in your room hire:

- Flipchart, headed paper & pens or pencils

- Chilled water

- Plasma screen for your laptop (Yarm & Thornton) or a projector screen (Maltby Suite)

- Free Wi-Fi & free parking
