Terms & Conditions

Reservations

All rooms must be guaranteed upon arrival date. You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking; no rooms that are booked on the actual arrival date will not be a provisional booking.

You must guarantee your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation. We do not take provisional bookings.

Payments

At Sporting Lodge Inns you can pay for your room on arrival with debit or credit card or cash. If you are paying by cash the room is secured by a £20.00 deposit to which is redeemed upon checkout provided there has been no damage or breakage in the room. You are also required to leave some form of identification on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, passport, credit card or debit card, utility bill, bank statement (with address). If you pay on checkout you are required to leave a swipe of your debit or credit card

Room Prices

Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Meals are not included in the room price.

You may pay for breakfast at the same time as paying for your room. All other meals must be paid for separately. Sporting lodge inns reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay at sporting lodge inns

Although sporting lodge inns aims to inform you before it makes price increases, we reserve the right to charge the room price current on the arrival date.

Cancellations

If you cancel a guaranteed room on the day of arrival date you will be charged for one nights accommodation per room booked.

All group bookings that are cancelled must be done two weeks prior to arrival, after that period all rooms will be charged on the amount of nights booked. A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.

If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us by 10.00 am on the day otherwise you will be charged the cost of one nights accommodation per room booked.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 2pm on the arrival date if early check in has been arranged there will be additional charge of £20.00.

Please let your chosen sporting lodge inn know if you are likely to arrive after 11pm. Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night’s accommodation.

Group bookings

If you wish to make reservations for 4 rooms or more, our group bookings policy will apply. Please contact your chosen Sporting lodge inn for further details.

Particular requirements

Please check on room types as some sporting lodge inns vary, most have double rooms and suites. The suites can accommodate families with 2 adults and 2children up to the age of 15 and under.

We can provide cots at no extra charge if availability.

Please be advised our suites consist of a double bed a pull out double sofa bed and a coffee table into a small single bed.

All of our hotels operate a non-smoking policy except in some allocated bedrooms. If you require a smoking room please request this on booking.

Alternatively, if you have difficulty walking but do not require a specially adapted room, you may request a room on the ground floor near reception for easier access.

Although sporting lodge inns will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements. All rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7am and 10am on weekdays and between 8am and 10am at weekends and on bank holidays.

Facilities

Sporting lodge inns have an escape zone attached to there buildings, which includes a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and a gym terms and conditions apply. Also you can check our website on other events on each site.

Please note

We regret that, with the exception of blind dogs, no pets are allowed in sporting lodge inns. Electrical appliances may not be used in the rooms, as they have to be electrically tested by an independent tester.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group. You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any sporting lodge inns rooms for sale either on its own or part of a combined offer.
