Just wanted to say what a wonderful evening we had last Saturday Night we could not have asked for better. The food was plentiful, hot and to die for and that was starters main and dessert. First time I have stayed and will do so again when I am up in Manchester. Good room, Good beer, Nice breakfast, Attentive staff. The Staff smile you should not encourage that , ( other hotels just may copy you) We are not used to smiles usually most questions are answered with a frown. Well done keep it up!
